Service availability, scheduling, pricing, and scope may vary depending on property condition, square footage, access, contamination level, weather, equipment needs, and service area.

3. Quotes and Booking

Any quote provided by AB Turf Cleaning is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the actual condition of the turf, size of the area, access limitations, or service requirements differ from what was originally described.

A booking is not final until confirmed by AB Turf Cleaning. We reserve the right to decline service requests, reschedule appointments, or modify service scope when necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

If card payments are accepted, a processing fee may apply where permitted by law and disclosed in advance.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees, collection efforts, or suspension of future service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Secure Pets Before and During Service
  • Remove or Protect Valuable, Fragile, or Obstructive Items Near the work area

If service cannot be completed due to unsafe conditions, blocked access, loose animals, inaccurate information, or other site-related issues, AB Turf Cleaning may cancel, delay, or limit the service and may charge a service fee where appropriate.

6. Work Terms and Service Limitations

Artificial turf conditions vary by installation quality, age, wear, drainage, infill condition, pet use, exposure to weather, and prior maintenance.

By booking service, you understand and agree to the following:

AB Turf Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing or future issues involving:

  • Sub-Base or Underlayment Problems
  • Drainage or Grading Problems
  • Seam Visibility or Seam Separation
  • Matting, Fiber Wear, or Blade Breakdown
  • Weed Growth
  • Infill Movement or Loss
  • Discoloration, Fading, or Deterioration
  • Turf Defects Caused by Age, Installation Quality, or Prior Damage

AB Turf Cleaning does not guarantee:

  • Full Stain Removal
  • Complete Urine or Odor Removal
  • Permanent Odor Elimination
  • Full Restoration of Flattened Turf
  • That Older or Damaged Turf Blades Will Stand Upright After Service
  • That Visible Seams or Worn Areas Will Be Hidden After Brushing or grooming

Cleaning, brushing, rinsing, deodorizing, and grooming may make pre-existing defects more noticeable. If seams, wear, fraying, separation, or damage exist before service, you agree those conditions were not caused by AB Turf Cleaning unless clearly proven otherwise.

AB Turf Cleaning is not liable for surrounding items or adjacent property including pots, plants, furniture, lighting, decor, toys, pet items, irrigation components, or other objects near the work area, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You are responsible for securing pets. AB Turf Cleaning is not responsible for lost pets, escaped pets, or injuries or damages caused by unsecured animals.

7. Text Messages and Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address to AB Turf Cleaning, you agree that we may contact you regarding:
